Great service, quick delivery and excellent quality however the lock wasnt the best and had a sticking key from day one. Still a very good product. A couple of design changes I would suggest are:
1) Have a one piece pole not two piece. If someone really wanted to steal your letterbox they could by just undoing 3 screws.
2) To make alignment with the road easier and allow for slight corrections, I suggest that instead of welding the top to the pole a bolt is used, with the nut welded into the top of the pole.
